Free Audition Workshop

Audition Workshop Sunday, March 8 at 2:00PM   Join us for a workshop on everything you need to know to have a successful audition! We will cover topics such as: What is an audition ILMEA auditions College auditions Why you are asked to audition How to prepare for an audition How to manage your stress when auditioning What the audition results really mean How parents can help their child be successful This workshop is free and open to the public. Volunteers Still Needed - Solo/Ensemble Updates

Solo & Ensemble is rapidly approaching!  February 21st is the big day, students participating (7th/8th graders) should have received their times in class on Friday, please make sure accompanists are aware of times for solos ASAP!
We are also still needing many volunteers to make this event happen, please consider signing up to help out on the day of the event.  We could use students (and their siblings) and parents!

Solo/Ensemble Commitments

If you (or your son/daughter) is planning to participate in solo/ensemble please turn in the interest form this week to Mrs. Boyd.  There also an entry fee ($8 for a solo and $4/member of an ensemble) that should be paid in cash or check payable to EJHS.  If you cannot pay at this time please contact Mrs. Boyd directly.
